Grinding Wheels

Grinding wheels and discs for stock removal: depressed centre grinding discs from Pferd and Flexovit in steel and inox grades from 100mm to 230mm, 6mm-thick metal grinding discs, abrasive spiral bands in aluminium oxide and ceramic Cool, and Pferd CC-GRIND flat grinding discs for low-vibration work. Inox grades keep stainless free of contamination, while spiral bands handle bores and internal radii on a rubber drum.

Standard grinding disc or CC-GRIND?

A depressed centre disc is the workhorse for heavy weld removal and bevelling. CC-GRIND-style flat discs remove less stock per pass but run quieter, cooler and with far less vibration, and leave a surface closer to finished, which suits long grinding sessions and visible work.
