Wire Brushware

Wire brushware in one of the deepest ranges in the store, with close to two hundred lines from Josco and Pferd: cup brushes in crimped and twist-knot styles for angle grinders, multi-bore wheel brushes for bench grinders, spindle-mounted cups for die grinders, hand brushes on wood and plastic handles, and tube and boiler brushes in single and double twist. Wire options cover steel, stainless steel and brass, with abrasive nylon wheels for finer cleaning and dedicated TIG cleaning brushes.

Crimped or twist-knot wire?

• Crimped: flexible wire for light rust, paint and surface cleaning on irregular shapes.
• Twist-knot: stiff, aggressive knots for weld slag, heavy scale and pipe work.
• Stainless or brass wire: run stainless wire on stainless steel to avoid contamination; brass suits soft metals and spark-sensitive areas.
