Gas Cutting Machines

Straight-line gas cutting machines take the wobble out of long plate cuts. This range centres on the Cigweld Comet oxy/fuel plate cutter and the UNIMIG CG-30 straight line cutting machine — available as a single-torch unit complete with 1.8m of track, or as a twin-torch version for parallel cuts. Supporting parts include Comet gas platecutter torches and torch holders, 1.8m rail sections, idle wheel units, replacement gas hoses, plugs and Cigweld slice rod packs.

Does a track cutter come with everything needed to cut?

The UNIMIG CG-30 ships complete with a 1.8m track, and extra CG30 tracker sections are available for longer runs; the Cigweld Comet plate cutter pairs with matching 1.8m rails sold alongside it. You still supply the gas side — regulators, hoses, flashback arrestors and nozzles to suit your fuel gas and plate thickness — all stocked in the neighbouring Gas Welding Equipment categories.
