Do I need aluminised gloves or standard welding gloves?

Standard welding gloves handle spatter and short contact heat. Aluminised gloves are for sustained radiant heat — furnaces, foundry pouring, thermic lancing — where the reflective outer stops your hands cooking even without direct contact. If you can feel the heat through your current gloves at working distance, step up.
