How should a fall arrest harness fit?
Snug enough that you cannot pinch more than a flat hand of slack in the leg and chest straps, with the dorsal attachment point sitting between the shoulder blades. A loose harness concentrates arrest forces where they injure. Fit is personal, so harnesses should be assigned to individuals, not shared from a gang box.
