Welding chemicals here are the torch-protection staples: ABICOR BINZEL anti-spatter paste in 300g tins, CALGUARD nozzle dip gel and Binzel ceramic coating caps that stop spatter bonding to MIG nozzles, contact tips and shrouds. What does nozzle dip actually do?
Dipping a hot MIG nozzle into gel or paste leaves a thin film that spatter can't fuse to, so it wipes off instead of welding itself on. Used regularly it noticeably extends nozzle and tip life and keeps gas flow — and your weld shielding — consistent.
