Hardfacing MIG wire for rebuilding and armouring wear parts — Talarc HF350 and HF600 solid wires, EA600, Talweld PHF 650-O and PHF 850-O flux-cored types, and Stoody 101 HC-O high-chromium wire rated to AS/NZS 2576. Spools from 5kg to 15kg cover bucket lips, crusher parts, augers and ground-engaging tools.

How do I choose a hardfacing wire?

Match the deposit to the wear mode: 350-class deposits stay machinable and suit metal-to-metal wear and build-up layers; 600-class deposits resist hard sliding abrasion; chromium carbide types handle severe abrasion but relief-check by design and cannot be machined. On heavily worn parts, restore dimension with a tougher build-up layer before capping with the hard deposit.
