Multi-Process Welders
Products
Multi-process welders run MIG, TIG and stick from a single power source. The range covers workshop inverters like the CIGWELD BlueVenom XF353 and Unimig Envy Multi 250 AC/DC with water cooling, WIA Weldmatic packages, and engine-driven units for off-grid site work. One machine, one footprint, every process a general fabrication or maintenance crew needs.
Is a multi-process welder as good as a dedicated machine?
For most trade work, yes — modern inverters give away little in arc quality. The compromises appear at the edges: a dedicated AC/DC TIG usually offers finer high-frequency control for aluminium, and a dedicated MIG plant can carry a heavier duty cycle in production. If one process dominates your week, buy for that process; if the work is mixed, a multi-process saves money and floor space.
WeldCo supplies multi-process equipment to trades across Melbourne and Adelaide, with advice on matching a unit to your power supply.
