Steel or Teflon liner — which one do I need?

Steel liners are the standard choice for hard wires like mild steel; Teflon liners are the usual pick for soft wires such as aluminium, where a steel liner can shave and jam the wire. Either way, match the liner's wire-size range and length to your torch — both are stated in each listing, and the Teflon colours code the wire size.
