Tip adaptors and tip holders are the link between the swan neck and the contact tip, and this range covers Binzel-pattern torches from the BZL 15 and 24 through the 36 to the 501 and water-cooled 555W. Genuine Abicor Binzel adaptors — including the ABIMIG 355 tip holder — sit alongside Binzel-style parts from Unimig, Cigweld and North Welding Products, with right-hand thread variants for the 15 series.
Is my Binzel tip adaptor M6 or M8?
The adaptor thread must match your contact tips. In this range the smaller 15 and 24-series parts are typically M6, while the 36, 501 and higher-amperage adaptors run M8 — each listing names both the torch series and the thread, so check the tips you run before ordering.
