What do the modes on a rotary hammer mean?
- Drill only: steel and timber with no hammer action.
- Hammer drill: concrete and masonry drilling.
- Chisel: light breaking, scabbling and tile removal.
- 4 mode: adds chisel-position adjustment for working angle.
