Air Die Grinders

Air die grinders in the 1/4in collet format trades rely on for deburring, porting, weld blending and die work. The range includes ITM angle-head grinders at 20,000rpm for tight access, standard straight-body units and an extended 465mm micro die grinder at 18,000rpm that reaches deep into fabrications, with 1/8in collets covered on selected models.

What is an air die grinder used for?

Anything a bench grinder can't reach: fitted with carbide burrs, mounted points or flap wheels, a die grinder cleans up welds in tight corners, chamfers holes, ports castings and polishes dies. Air power keeps the tool slim and light, and it shrugs off stalling loads that would cook an electric motor.
