The range spans ALPHA TCT multi-purpose holesaws from 40mm to 152mm, ALPHA hole cutters supplied complete with arbor in sizes like 28, 30 and 38mm, and Sutton's 127mm (5 inch) TCT multi-purpose saw.
When should I pick TCT over bi-metal?
Choose TCT for thicker steel, repeated cutting in the same size, and mixed materials like metal roof sheeting over battens — the carbide tips hold their edge where bi-metal teeth soften. For occasional holes in thin sheet, bi-metal remains the economical pick.
